Mind-Body Skills
Reconnecting Mind, Body, and Emotions
Sometimes stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies. Mind–Body Skills Groups offer simple, powerful tools to restore calm, clarity, and connection.

What Are Mind-Body Skills?
Mind-Body Skills are practical, evidence-based techniques that help you:
Calm your nervous system
Restore emotional and physical balance
Build resilience
They work through the deep connection between your thoughts, emotions, and body, helping you listen inwardly, release tension, and support natural healing. Decades of research in psychology, medicine, and neuroscience show that how we think and feel directly influences our physical health.
What Are Mind-Body Skills Groups?
Mind-Body Skills Groups are small, supportive circles where you learn and practice tools for self-awareness, stress reduction, and emotional wellbeing.
Developed by Dr. James S. Gordon, founder of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, this model is now used worldwide to help people manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and physical illness.
Each group offers a safe, nurturing environment where you can learn, practice, and share at your own pace.
