I offer half-day and full-day retreats designed to help you reset, restore, and renew.
These nourishing experiences provide a supportive space to step away from daily demands, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate balance and wellbeing.

Each self-care retreat offers a valuable opportunity for a much-needed pause to restore calm and clarity. You’ll be introduced to practical mind–body skills that can be easily integrated into everyday life. The retreats are ideal for anyone seeking to enhance self-care, learn evidence-based wellbeing techniques, or simply take time to recharge. No prior experience is required — they are suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen an existing mindfulness or mind–body practice.

I also offer seasonal retreats in collaboration with Judith Greene Mindfulness in Ireland and Catalunya, where we draw inspiration from the rhythms of nature to support both mind and body.
